While I give my thoughts the freedom to roam, letting “wanting to live” gestate, I put some thoughts into the subject of writing a counterproposal to at&t’s ADSL/U-verse user agreement.
After all, it ‘s a two-way street.
The high-speed Internet user base of at&t has its own set of strengths, including rights as consumers to deny at&t the “demand” that 30 days is sufficient for bargaining with its customer base over what the customers will put up with as consumers.
The public has a right to know its options.
As a former ADSL CPE design center employee, I am capable of designating what is acceptable for users of high-speed Internet gateways, pipelines and software.
The legal folks at at&t showed their hand – it’s time to decide how high to raise the stakes.
As a business owner, I understand that the customer is key to financial success.
