While I think about living…

While I give my thoughts the freedom to roam, letting “wanting to live” gestate, I put some thoughts into the subject of writing a counterproposal to at&t’s ADSL/U-verse user agreement.

After all, it ‘s a two-way street.

The high-speed Internet user base of at&t has its own set of strengths, including rights as consumers to deny at&t the “demand” that 30 days is sufficient for bargaining with its customer base over what the customers will put up with as consumers.

The public has a right to know its options.

As a former ADSL CPE design center employee, I am capable of designating what is acceptable for users of high-speed Internet gateways, pipelines and software.

The legal folks at at&t showed their hand – it’s time to decide how high to raise the stakes.

As a business owner, I understand that the customer is key to financial success.

ETDBW – Easy To Do Business With.

Does at&t understand that concept?

Do I see how all this fits into the Big Picture?

Yes: setting expectations and exceeding them happily yet profitably for all concerned.
